Customer Care Specialist
- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical assistance related to RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Troubleshoot product and system issues with clarity and patience
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
- Guide customers through product features, warranties, and basic maintenance tips
- Follow up on support cases to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Parts Advisor – Customer Service Call Center
- Collaborating with dealers regarding recreational vehicle (RV) parts orders.
- Works with dealers in coordinating and fulfilling warranty requirements
- Provides outstanding service to all customers
- Confidently communicates with customers and dealers regarding RV parts
- Creatively works with the customers and dealers to resolve issues
- Communicates with professionalism to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Claims Processor – Customer Service
- Collaborate with Keystone RV dealers to successfully and efficiently process claims submitted.
- Assist Keystone RV dealers with questions regarding claims through phone and email.
- Compile data related to warranty claims and accurately complete required paperwork.Â
- Relate to all customers and dealers with professionalism to assure the highest level of satisfaction
Warranty Parts Return – Customer Service Warehouse
- Receiving returned warranty parts
- Opening and breaking down boxes
- Accurately matching paperwork to the correct parts
- General cleaning and trash removal
Assistant – Customer Service Office-
- Effectively engage in a variety of general clerical tasks
Report Writer – Customer Service
- Assist team members with various daily, weekly and monthly reports
Assistant – Customer Service Warehouse-
- Provide excellent assistance with general warehouse tasks and operations
- Assist with inventory control.
Manifest – Customer Service Warehouse-
- Create accurate bill of ladings and packing slips
- Load small parts onto UPS trucks
Stock Puller – Customer Service Warehouse
- Pull stock parts from bin locations in the warehouse
- Provide excellent assistance with various other warehouse operations
Plant Puller – Customer Service Warehouse
- Pulling parts from our production plants
- Provide excellent assistance with various other warehouse operations
Small Parts Packer – Customer Service Warehouse
- Accurately identify and pack small parts in the warehouse to fulfill orders
- Provide excellent assistance with other warehouse operations as needed
Large Freight Packer – Customer Service Warehouse
- Packing large freight items
- Providing excellent assistance as needed with other warehouse operations
RV Technician – Customer Service, Service Shop
- Repairs recreational vehicles with precision and care, following all safety guidelines
Porter – Customer Service, Service Shop
- Tows recreational vehicles to and from Rain Bay – less than 5 miles.
- Engages in maintenance and moving units in and out of bays
- Carefully identifies and pulls parts
Parts Catalog – Customer Service
- Markets parts to dealerships
- Supports parts catalog through data entry, photography and photograph enhancement
